I used to always buy tickets for me and my boyfriend, then I realized, he didn't enjoy every show as much as I did, so I just started taking him just to the ones he really wanted to see. This realization first lead me to see the Assassins revival at Studio 54 alone.

Apparently, theatre is a social activity because a lot of people give you an odd look when you say you went to see something by youself. Oh well.

Secret Garden - I was 11. I'd seen it the night before with my family and was desperate to go back. My mother walked me to the lobby of the St. James, and told me where to be standing when it was over.
It was totally fine with me. I of course prefer going with friends and usually do, but I have no problem going alone to shows.
Now what would you say if today I started over?

I was having a bad week and needed to get out of the house. So I just went and it ended up being a great experience and I ran into a bunch of people I knew during the course of the night.
