a theater company that a friend has recently started is interested in obtaining the rights to a few different shows (all owned by MTI). if she were to request them tomorrow, how soon would she find out if she got them???

It depends. If it's a really safe show where there shouldn't be any problem, a week would be sufficient.

If it's something that might be of some trouble, give it 3 or more weeks.

They said how long until you find out if the rights have been granted.

That's all I answered.
