Posted: 8/13/07 at 7:07amAnyone got or heard the Australian cast recording yet? Its a strange combination of original artistes from the movie and songs written for the stage show. Im still awaiting the arrival of my Cd from Down Under- been nearly 5 weeks now.

Posted: 8/13/07 at 9:37amIm seeing the confusion here now. They have new songs that wernt in the film but are disco classics! Thats me sorted. Oh well, im just hopeing the CD has some great production pics.

I've been playing it for a couple of months now. Using old pop songs,in my opinion disqualifies this as a musical. But what an utter joy this compilation is. Takes me back to Sat nights in the Royal Vauxhall Tavern.Memories!

they havent produced a cast recording of the somgs yet but it is set to happen in ocotber.
the cd that is out now is just the songs from the musical but being sung by the original artists as the songs were not written especially for the show.
the cast recording will most definately not disappoint.
