Love the theatre and have worked as a singer and dancer for years inc shows like a chorus line, fame,,Tick Tick Boom,Evita etc I now own and run a successful production company in Manchester called Vertigo and have had several hits including Dog Sees God (UK premiere), 3sum (original play) the Breakfast Club, 'M', 'Rage and our award nominated original play 'OUT!' Recently we had the great honour of producing the UK Premiere Productios of Charles Busch Off Broadway camp masterpieces 'Die, Mommie, Die!' and 'Psycho Beach Party'. Both shows were huge hits and sold out. Our original comedy Christmas Sorority Massacre has had 2 productions and we were granted permission to adapt the BAFTA nominated film EXAM to the stage and the play opened to rave reviews. Our original thriller M won Best Fringe Production at the 3MT awards, Mysterious Skin was nominated at the Broadway World UK awards. The original drama Watching Goldfish Suffocate was a huge hit touring the UK and Porno Chic recently opened to rave reviews and and won Best Drama at the GMF awards. New show Noir opens 2017.

I don't get the Patti love. Everybody I know who has seen this has said that she's meh in the show, very same old same old Patti.
She hasn't had a hit in years, she most certainly is not a draw anymore, not enough to keep a show running anyway. Patti bought in to her own hype from years ago and acts like she's something truly magnificent that can't be touched....it's not true at all anymore.
As for the recasting for New York, Foster, O,Hara etc, urgh, every show these names come

Lol at Jordan still hating on the show because it wasn't like the movie. Ignore Jordan, if you loved the show then good for you. It has a damn catchy score, some great humour and it DOES still have an off kilter book, just more for a younger musical audience. Jordan claimed it would be dead and never seen again after its Off Broadway run, now it's one of the most popular regional musicals and sold out it's off West End run and looks like it's gonna do just as well in the West End.

Can we just revive American Psycho in the exact same production with the exact same cast, because let's be honest, it should never have closed. The time we are in today (a time it just missed) it would be perfect.

That was a fantastic performance by the company of My Fair Lady, all this 'it was rushed' nonsense, they have a few minutes to showcase the show, that did it perfectly.

Oh come off it,the performance was fun and some of those lyrics hillarious. It was a bit fast and cuts all over to try and get two songs in. They did a good job, now perfect but good.
Desperately Seeking Susan Musical Disaster May 6

Well I'm just gonna jump in and say that I produced the Manchester, UK performances of 'Desperately Seeking the Exit' and for any fans of theatre or just great storytelling and comedy this is a must see. This play is a genuine treat.
I also liked Desperately Seeking Susan the Musical apart from the direction, choreography and a cast member, oh and the set
Ok - On Your Feet (lots of fun but could have gone deeper)
Worst - Good Vibrations (at the moment my company is trying to secure rights to Beach Boys Music as I think it's a crying shame that this mess of a show was built around such great music. We have a script ready to go, the show written, now it's just trying to secure the music)
Speed said: "Oak is a human being and aprofessional actor himself. Deserves better than "narcissistic nobody." Andy Karl may be a Broadway veteranbut he was entrusted with TWO huge Broadway musicals (Rocky and Groundhog Day) and completely failed to turn either into a hit. Pierre isn't really a lead role like what Andy had in Rocky and GD. Shouldn't Andy be held to a higher standard? Maybe Andy is the "big old nobody" that should never be hired again. Also
