I know that they have a lottery 2 hrs before the show, but I read somewhere that you could do student rush as well when the box office opens or something? Is this true?

Are there any other shows that do rush? I'm not too lucky with the lotteries....

RESEARCH.

Shows do not have lotto AND student rush.

Lotto and SRO.

Spelling Bee has Standing Room tickets.

This site is great with rush policy info. I'd recommend bookmarking it.

ETA: Interestingly enough it appears Spelling Bee has started doing Lottery, Student Rush & SRO. I've never heard of that before, but I just clicked the Talkin' Broadway rush link to make sure it worked and it was the top one on there. Weird.

"Shows do not have lotto AND student rush."

RESEARCH.

High Fidelity had a lotto and a student rush.

Sorry I just had to.

How is the student rush line? Planning on going sometime before Thanksgiving.

Arghh! Grammar pet peeve #1: your vs you're. "Your" is a possessive pronoun. "You're" is the contraction of "you are." <<

You can just walk up and buy a student rush ticket at pretty much any time. They don't sell out anymore.

Where are the student rush seats?

Tonya Pinkins: Then we had a "Lot's Wife" last June that was my personal favorite. I'm still trying to get them to let me sing it at some performance where we get to sing an excerpt that's gone.
Tony Kushner: You can sing it at my funeral.

I had row B 4th seat on the side. It was kinda bad because it was closer to the center of the theatre & the seats arent angled there so I had to turn my head the entire time to see the stage rather than looking straight forward. But for 25$, I shouldn't complain because the people that were sitting next to me paid $90

Honestly, no seat in that theatre is 'horrible'

Unless you are like way up on the extreme sides in the last row, but even then, you still have a pretty good view.

I sat in J103 I believe...The second to last row. second off the aisle. But of all the theaters, there really is no bad seat in the Circle in the Square (it is so small!). It was great!

the seating chart is weird, I do not understand.

do the how are there seats on three sides of the stage. which way do the actors face? It seems like at all times, half of the audience will be seeing the backs of the actors. Is this true?

It is a crazy cool theater - there is no bad seat. But the stage goes as far back as the seats on the left and the right. The actors are all towards the back of the stage, so that is how the seating can work. And they face all over the place. You will be fine no matter where you sit. I hope this helps...
