I did a search and saw you guys mention triton galleries.
And i was actually thinking of getting it custom done with the ticket stub in there as well. I dont know just think it would make it more personalized that way.
What do you think? And is there anyone that does that? That makes them that way?
Plus any pics of displays you guys have on your wall of them??
Just got back from NYC, and picked up a few i wanted to hang.
Have several showcards framed. As a preference I like them in a plain black 1/2" frame under glass, which is sort of traditional. It also means you can put them with any decor. Avoid non reflective glass, it kind of cheapens the appearance. I like the idea of the ticket stub, you could possibly overlap the stub in the upper corner of the showcard (just an idea).
The wall thats pictured here has since been changed but seeing as I don't have a picture of the way I've got it arranged at the moment, this is how it looked up until a week ago.
Edit: I don't know how well you can see it here but the windowcards are all in the black frames from Triton gallery
"I never had theatre producers run after me. Some people want to make more Broadway shows out of movies. But Elliot and I aren't going to do Batman: The Musical." - Julie Taymor 1999
the top of the wall says "All my little plans and schemes" then there's the clock and on the other side of the clock it says "Nothing but a bunch of dreams."
I WISH I could show you guys my Poster/Playbill combo ones. They're awesome. One i want to fix, but whatever. I have the show's poster, and then below that it's matching Playbill. I didn't do it for all of them, just my favorites. By the way, they are both in the same fram, looks so awesome.
