"They can call Camilla whatever they want, but she'll always be Queen Consort, with no sovereign power, until Charles dies, then she'll be the Queen Dowager."
I can only imagine the thoughts going through William and Harry's head yesterday knowing what this b**** did to their mother. I don't know one person who did not wish Princess Diana was still alive and being crowned Queen instead of her.

I'll cop to checking out some of the proceedings on TV, it was fairly interesting as a "relic of a bygone age" kind of thing. It was hard not to smirk when Charles was presented with "the bracelets of sincerity and wisdom."

Wonderful. King Charles meeting with the man who said "God Save The Queen" after a speech this year. Watch clips where sadly our POTUS looks lost and needs King Charles to direct him where to go. Look how slowly Biden walks and can you really say you want him to be POTUS for another 5 years. For the love of God, Democrats need somebody else to run in 2024.
Aw Republican, this isn't the place for you. Joey Robinette said it back to a man in the crowd, and then he laughed. That was the story. So sorry that you think the NY Post is some factual, non partisan place to read the news. Hilarious. Joey is an amazing man and he will beat Trump again in 2024. Stay far away from this topic since this is a liberal Democratic board. I will only tell you that once. Thanks so much.

Please stop, you are embarrassing yourself. Anybody with common sense knows Joe Biden is at the very least going senile and is not an healthy 80-year-old man. Everybody sees how slow he walks and seems to need people to show him where to go. Curious how you think that me saying I want another Democrat to be the nominee instead of Biden makes me a Republican. I am willing to bet you cocktail of your choice most Democrats would rather have Governor Newsom be the nominee instead of Biden. The news (God Save The Queen) was in more than NY Post, see link below from NBC affiliate in Connecticut. Last time I checked NBC and Connecticut were considered liberal.
Are you trying to threaten me? I don't care if it is liberal board and people disagree. BTW - you seemed to have no problem with me posting when I agreed with you on the Lia Thomas thread. Heck, you even thanked me for providing study information on the topic. ("Exactly. Thanks for the study info, Zeppie" Interesting that you have the same opinion of the OP (old man and a bully) of this thread as me. Have a nice evening Ms. Ross.
Maybe the President was talking about the Queen of Denmark. A lovely woman. She celebrated her Golden Jubilee last year. In her 80s, still going strong.
God save the Queen!

Highland Guy, I'm glad you enjoyed your once in a lifetime trip to the Coronation and I hope you got to see some Royals during the procession. I follow the author Emily Giffin on Instagram and she took a similar trip. I'm not British but have been a royal watcher since I was a kid. So I was up at 6am to watch the historical event.

Thank You! I was just one of an estimated 2 million very festive, happy spectators along the route, so my view was limited. But that didn't diminish the joy of being part of this historic event.
The Royal Family, and certainly including Charles III, has a long and honorable history of military service. Here, a few days ago, the King met with WWII Royal Air Force Veterans. An especially poignant moment, considering that each year we lose more and more of these heroes. A salute to all the men and women who served.
