I have questions about lottery tickets for MOULIN ROUGE...

Has anyone here won in the last month or so? Where are the seats located?

Second question: I've been to some shows where the box office has cut a deal for last minute tickets for repeated losers for the lottery. Has anyone tried this for Moulin Rouge?

(Alternatively, does the box office offer any tickets below regular price day-of for the show? Or for walk-up sales in the 1-2 hours before showtime?)

Trying to find tickets for below $80, since that's the minimum price for an advance seat. Don't care where the seats are. Thanks for your help!

My siblings won and they had great seats in the orchestra. I’ve also won, but my seats were mid-mezzanine. Not sure which is more common, but I thought my seats were still great and definitely more than the worth of the lotto price.

Has the lotto been easy or hard to win lately? Meaning do you find yourself having to enter many days or weeks in a row before winning or has it been easier than that?

im looking to treat someone who’s never seen a broadway show.

thanks!

I won for a Wednesday matinee not long ago. We had partial view seats by the elephant. The view wasn’t bad but not ideal.

thank you! maybe I'll splurge then since I don't want to risk getting PV seats for someone's first show.

I won last Thursday and my seats were K24 and K26. They were wonderfully close, but pretty significantly partial view. My friend and I loved the show, but there was definitely a lot that we missed. 100% worth $34 to see it, but it wasn't a show very high up on the list.

Sadly, the lottery is also the only discount they typically offer. I've entered a bunch of times and never gotten an offer for tickets because I lost (I think that's usually through TodayTix) and they don't do rush or anything else. The infuriating thing for me is that that theatre is standing room-equipped, but they don't do standing room anymore!

It will get harder and harder as May 8th approaches.

On the rush/lottery site from Playbill it still says that there are also rushtickets (Satine Seats) offered by TodayTix. I can't find anything on TodayTix. Are they available over a different site now or do thy don't offer them at all anymore?
