I'm not familiar with Jay or the office in question, but that is a huge triumph and I congratulate him on a well-earned retirement. Thanks for the info Hogan.
I know some members of his office have been called out for racist behaviors on social media so I wasn't sure if his stepping down had to do with problematic situations. Guess it just seems like a good time to retire with the delayed bway return.
