It was about 3:30.
A little swash, a bit of buckle - you'll love it more than bread.

3 hours 20 minutes total - 3 Acts - two 15 minute intermissions.
Act 1 is great, Act 2 is a slodge, and the final 30 minutes of Act 3 are stellar (imo).
