Curious about The White Chip. Wasn’t really on my radar until I saw it was a New York Times critics picks...

Has anyone seen it? Thoughts?

I've seen much worse, to be sure, but it's repetitive and not a little tedious. Its major failing is its overuse of narration, a recurrent problem in theatre today.

I thought it was fine. It's a by the numbers addiction/recovery narrative, but well done and has a sense of humor about it. It drags in some places and nothing new is added to genre, but I wasn't ever bored.
