Go to "Settings" (upper right corner), and you'll see an option right at the top of your settings for "Ignore Message Board Users." Enter their name and then you can choose to block threads they start, all their posts, or both.

I'm loving the block feature. I was tempted to disable it while peeking into the NFL thread before logging on. There, but for the grace of the Block God go I.
