I doubt there are any plans to record LOVELY LADIES, KIND GENTLEMEN, since it flopped 40 years ago and is pretty much forgotten. Also, the songs aren't too great based on what I've heard.
Another musical cast CD without a release date is FROM HERE TO ETERNITY from the West End.

A Doll's Life is out of print, but you can still find copies on amazon. There are plans for a re-release later this year.
Napolean is available. The highlights (only 5 songs) is on amazon, but only used copies. However you can buy the 15th anniversary re-release of the longer highlights album (15 tracks) from stagedoorrecords.com

It's an odd title in that it comes in and out of print a lot.
I think it has to do with label changes.
It's a lovely score though. I've always felt Grossmann was underrated.
