Has anyone checked the Employee Privacy Act law in relation to this. There is are Federal laws on the privacy of the interview process. Auditions fall under this law. If her comments make it obvious who the actor is, she can be prosecuted and fired. In fact the Producer should have the attorneys checking her comments. She is on thin ice ethically, broadcasting interview results.
