Stephanie told me via email yesterday.
I am very happy for her. She will be missed, she is very talented and very nice.
I went to a reading of I Love You Because and Stephanie was outstanding. Stephanie is a star. It is not a sad day, it is a happy day.
Stephanie deserves the best!
The cast and crew of I love you are lucky to have Stephanie.

Stephanie was outstanding in Q. I have heard that Amyee is outstanding as is Jen B.
I do think they are exceptional people and want them to have time in the spotlight.
I was very impressed with Stephanie in I LOVE YOU BECAUSE.
It is great news.
I'm not saying I wont miss Stephanie as Kate though.


PS: One thing is clear, Stephanie was the best Kate, she will not be replaced, and the role will be different no matter who is in the role.
I hope it is Jen B or Aymee. I have met both and both are sweethearts and gifted puppeteers.

awh man!!! i have tix for dec 31st i mean i've seen stephanie 4 times already but i was hoping i'd get to see her again!!

i saw jen as kate monster once and she was phenomenal as well - it would be awesome if she was offered the part!!

Staying in Manhattan Xmas weekend with DW, and one of the shows we bought tix for was that 12/24 matinee !!! Woo Hoo !!!

She was just on "I Love the 80's-3D". I'm not sure if she is in every episode, but she is in '81.

I've seen "I Love the 80's-3D" '81 '82 '83 and '84 and she was in all of them. She isn't mainly featured like the others but she has some memorable parts! Specifically "Erasible pens...the 80's are going to be AWESOME" and singing "Memory". I love her!

Ann will be leaving on Jan 29 and Jordan Gelber will be leaving on Jan 22. The OBC is slowly all drifting away...

Becca hasn't gone on as Kate Monster yet. She's been on quite a few times in Jen's track. I saw her, and she's really good.

Aymee is scheduled to be coming back to the Q company in January, my guess would be that either she will take over the role of Kate, or Jen will and Aymee will take over Jen's track. But that's really just speculation on my part.

I can not believe that no one contacted me about this! :P

In the grand scale of "OBCness" however, Q has been quite an exceptional case of original cast members staying with the show for so long
I shall miss them all

i forsee either jennifer barnhart (the nicest broadway cast member i ever met) or brynn o'malley taking over for stephanie, although i think jen's more likely since she did do the vacation week stephanie took i think last year

Honestly, I think it will be Jen and that Becca Ayers will take over, Mrs. T., Bear and others.

but that is just my thought....don't know anything for sure
