Clearly people are feeling a little stir-crazy even online and need to be dramatic somewhere.

Let's have a little bit of a reality check.

1. Hamilton is the biggest deal in the "Broadway World" in the lifetime of the average reader of this website.

2. Disney spent an inordinate amount of money buying the filmed property.

3. Disney is promoting it like there's no tomorrow.

4. Editorially, in the present context, it would be absurd to cover it less. What would you have them run stories on? Seth Rudetsky's mother?

Please.

I'm with the original poster on this. I've unfollowed BWW on facebook because of it.

No, I don't want to guess what Hamilton character the blurry photo is of nor do I want to match the lyric to the character. I absolutely do not wish to comment what my favorite #Hamilton moment is, or who my favorite character is ("and why?" like I'm going to write them an essay). Endless interviews with the actors. Are they new interviews, or old? Who knows. What more do the actors have to say about this damn show? Good journalists would compile these dozens of interviews into a wonderful, singular read.

I understand BWW has gotta do what they gotta do to get that ad revenue up, but how many Rewinds of every minor moment in Hamilton's relatively short life do they have to repost?

I unfollowed after the fourth  quiz was posted in two days ("which obscure #Hamilton character are you?" *cringe*)

Seth Rudetsky's mother sounds more interesting at this point.

She's a trip and a half. (And more interesting than Seth, no offense. I'm serious; check it out.)
