Be more chill lottery/cancellation line  Sep 26 2018, 08:10:37 PM

bump - Does anyone know if there has still been a cancellation line after they announced the move to Broadway? If so, do you know about how many people have been in line, and about what time they start lining up? Thanks!

IN THE HEIGHTS Cast Signing  Jul 30 2018, 12:46:59 AM

I'm here and several line sitters arrived in a clump about 5-10 min ago. There's maybe 20-25 people in line so far.

Selling 2 SONGS FOR A NEW WORLD tickets for Saturday @8  Jun 29 2018, 12:51:21 AM

Hi everyone - I have 2 tickets in the Grand Tier, row A seats 6 and 8, for sale.

These are by far better than what's left on the City Center site! I bought back in January.

I was in A 5 and 7 the other night and it's a beautiful view. I'm asking what I paid ($75 + $9.25 fees = $84.25), though I'll hear your best offer. PM me!

Songs for a New World  May 29 2018, 09:41:53 AM

Selling:

Thursday, June 28: Grand Tier row B 5-7
Saturday, June 30 (final show): Grand Tier row A 6-8

$75 + fees = $84.25 each, $168.50/pair or best offer

PM if interested!

Sounds to me like the person yelling in the video is saying "na zdrowie"

So...is Broadway not dimming its lights for Jan Maxwell?  Feb 14 2018, 04:30:10 AM

I have thought of her off and on every day since I heard the news of her passing. What an incredible talent. They should absolutely dim the lights for her.

Harry Potter and the Cursed Child Seating/Pricing Thread  Feb 8 2018, 11:57:23 AM

I wish it was the usual Ticketmaster dot seat map so we could just PICK our own damn seats.

Harry Potter and the Cursed Child Seating/Pricing Thread  Feb 8 2018, 11:46:57 AM

What a crapshoot! I had 2 windows in the queue - 1 was far ahead of the other (it is totally random). I got in fairly quickly on the first and it kept offering orchestra S/T and dress circle F; on the 2nd window it offered me seats for Dress Circle B 13-15. Good luck to everyone!

Bump! Just want to make back what I paid!

Selling 2 MILLIE concert tix, row A mezz  Jan 30 2018, 07:56:08 PM

Hi guys - my wife and I both bought tickets to the Thoroughly Modern Millie concert, but we only need a pair - so we're selling a pair in row A of the mezzanine, A 135 & 136 (mezz hangs over orchestra row P). These seats are $250 each (at cost) and are right next to the premium-priced tickets that were $500. This is the only $250 pair in the mezz, and it's first row!

PM me if interested!

Broadway Coffee Table Books  Nov 14 2017, 10:25:32 AM

I've been dying for a copy of the Mary Poppins book. Sigh.

I love the Tarzan one! I'm sure I'm in the minority but I loved the show and the book is gorgeous.

METEOR SHOWER Rush  Nov 11 2017, 07:59:53 PM

Thank you so much!

METEOR SHOWER Rush  Nov 11 2017, 01:11:16 PM

@lm121362 - thanks. When you go today, can you look at the standing room spots and answer a few questions about height?

• Is the wall higher for some spots, or sloped? The wall at some theaters is taller in the center as opposed to the sides or slopes.

• About how high would you say the wall is? Or, how high does it come on you, and what is your height?

• Are you looking out over top of the last row's heads or are their heads even with your eye line?

I'm hoping to do SRO sometime but I am only just barely 5' in shoes and there are some theaters where I actually cannot do SRO because the wall is too tall for me. I'd, of course, hate to buy SRO and then find out that I can't see at all.
