Be more chill lottery/cancellation line |
I won the lotto last Sunday. I've been entering for like two weeks and only for 1ticket. I know someone that also won 1 ticket. Worth trying.

No reason to choose. Enter the lottery, if you don't win, hit the cancellation line.
I saw it last week and sat next to someone who did the cancellation line. The line is not bad since you get to wait INDOORS in air conditioning.
Tonight people started lining up around 4:30/5PM. By the time the box office opened at 6:30 there were about 10 people. We put our names down on a list. They started taking calling people off the list around 7. Most people were called between 7:25 and 7:35, but there were technical issues, and I assume they normally release tickets sligthlier earlier. About 8 people got in. Dont know if the weather had anything to do with that. Tickets started at $65 and went up from there.

I obtained cancellation tickets on Saturday (matinee). Agent came down at 1 PM to take out names, ppl were queuing since 11:30. We kept our own order. When I got to the front of the line, she asked my name and how many. She did not specifically look to see if my son with with me or not, nor do I think she cared.
Good luck. Sometimes 4, sometimes 8 she said.
I was there Sunday night. Ended up sitting next to some folks from the cancellation line. People apparently started lining up at 4, and about 8 people total got it.
bump - Does anyone know if there has still been a cancellation line after they announced the move to Broadway? If so, do you know about how many people have been in line, and about what time they start lining up? Thanks!
Cant speak to changes since they announced broadway move. I can tell you that when I went last month we started lining up around 5ish. An hour before the show, someone came down and started taking a list. They called names up until curtain(I missed the first number, as they were having issues with the credit card machine) They took about ten people.

It seems to vary. I got a ticket for the rear orchestra that was upgraded to ~4th row side, a friend got front row center one time and mezz another.
