It's 7:50 and we are still currently in line for the 8:00 p.m. I've heard they are delaying opening the door until 8:00 or 8:10 either because of illness or stage malfunctions. 

 

Luckily the dulcet tones of the random Shakira concert in Times Square are keeping us company. 

I suspect Chip will get the only acting nod for Harmony. Even after those reviews, he's a legend playing in his old theater and holds the entire show together.

My seat for a Saturday afternoon was just a few seats to the left of the photo directly above this one.

My friend and I also much preferred the second act.

Not Since Carrie is required reading for any theater fan. It is essentially the bible for flop lovers. It's not just something some guy wrote in a book. As someone said, American Idiot ran a year but did not profit so that's a bad measurement too.

 

Ken's book is thoroughly researched and his definition is not only well put together with a great deal of care, it is also used as the end-all in most theater circles. 

Echoing all of this. Actually I think I disliked the play more than you. 

There's not much here and the 'twists' ruin an otherwise ok slice of life play. 

 

Unfortunately the 8pm tonight saw everyone forgetting their lines but Danny has a great way of recovering built into his character and performance.

 

It was worth the $30 I paid to see him and act alongside his very talented daughter but this was otherwise a waste. 

Was there tonight as well. Agreed with most things stated so far. He's charming and clearly loves what he's doing but it is indeed a bore. I left at intermission.

Didn't have an issue not being able to see the book spine from the back of the mezz as the story was more important than the visual. I wish it was a reflection on his life and career or more of his growing up as the first 15 minutes were lovely.

I am in the enviable position of having 2 tickets to the 2pm Hamilton tomorrow...and I can't use them.

 Unfortunately, because I got them through a third party, I can't pick up the tickets until 12 o'clock tomorrow. 

I then have about an hour before I have to run to the airport.

Making a little extra money would be a perk. But mostly want to get back what we paid.

Can't list on stubhub and Craigslist seems like flake city. What do I do?

This was shown in theaters a few years ago. Was curious if this is available online or dvd for purchase or otherwise?

I've only stage doored in London twice. Sunset Boulevard w/ Glenn Close and Elephant Man with Bradley Cooper. Both times were mobbed with fans, but they took time to sign and talk to each person.

Just found out I'll be back in New York right when this starts previews and wanted to grab a good seat. I guess they haven't been put on sale yet other than MTC members. Did some digging and can't find when they will be available to the general public. Anyone know?
