Alabama Coach Gene Stallings to speak at Merrimack Hall 6/4
Join us Saturday, June 5 at 4 p.m. for a special afternoon with coach Gene Stallings, former National Championship-winning football coach at the University of Alabama. Coach Stallings will speak about his career and life experiences as the father of a child with special needs. The late John Mark "Johnny" Stallings led a remarkable life that touched and inspired all who knew him. As a coach and a philanthropist, Gene Stallings exemplifies the definition of Champion - character, leadership, determination, hard work, and compassion. But it is through his relationship with his son, rather than on the field, that his championship is truly evident.
This event also includes a performance by our Dance Your Dreams! students, and the presentation of their end-of-year awards by Coach Stallings.
All proceeds from this event will benefit our performing arts education programs for children with special needs.
Sponsorship packages, including a private meet-and-greet opportunity with Coach Stallings, are available for this special event. Please contact Ashley Dinges at (256) 534-6455 or by e-mail for more information
