The Foreigner, an award winning comedy written by Larry Shue and directed by Steve Goldklang, opens at The Vagabond Players April 18, and runs through May 18. The Foreigner has delighted audiences on Broadway and around the world.

A painfully shy Englishman finds himself stranded in a rural Georgia fishing lodge, where he pretends not to understand a word of English in order to avoid interacting with others. But, when the other guests start spilling dangerous secrets in front of a "foreigner" they believe cannot understand them, all laugh-out-loud funny heck starts to break loose!

This Vagabond Players production features an outstanding cast of area actors: Ian Bonds, Eric C. Stein, Carol Conley Evans, David Shoemaker, Amanda Gatewood, Steve Shriner, and Tavish Frosyth.

Located at 806 S. Broadway, the Vagabond Theatre is easily accessible to patrons.

Show times are Friday and Saturday at 8:00; Sunday at 2:00

Tickets can be purchased online at www.vagabondplayers.org or at the door ($10-$18); special rates for groups available on line. Friday night performances feature special pricing of $10 for students and $15 for everyone else.
