Lazy Susan Dinner Theatre Annnounces Easter Matinee of PIRATES OF PENZANCE, Lorton

By:

Lazy Susan Dinner Theatre will present an Easter matinee of THE PIRATES OF PENZANCE on 4:30pm on Easter Sunday, April 8, 2012. Doors open at 2pm and dinner is served from 3 to 4pm.

PIRATES OF PENZANCE, the fifth and without a doubt the most well known and well loved of the Gilbert & Sullivan operettas, centers around Frederic, a young man who is about to finish his apprenticeship to a band of harmless pirates. It was intended that he be apprenticed as a “pilot,” but his nurse, when sent to make the arrangements, mistook “pilot” for “pirate.”
