Legendary broadcast journalist and writer David Frost, best known for his series of revealing and judicious interviews with former President Richard Nixon, has died at age 74, the BBC has confirmed.

The doubleheader of No. 6 South Carolina defeating North Carolina 27-10 at 6 p.m. ET and Ole Miss beating Vanderbilt 39-35 at 9:15 p.m. averaged a 2.1 US rating and 3,135,000 viewers. ESPN's highest-rated season-opening night since 1999 was for a Thursday doubleheader in 2009 (South Carolina at NC State and No. 16 Oregon at No. 14 Boise State) that averaged a 2.3 rating and 3,568,000 viewers.

Reilly as Rhomann Dey, and six-time Academy Award nominee Glenn Close as Nova Prime.

Though holding fairly well in the ratings, with the finale setting the season's high with 3.4 million total viewers, The Glades has seen a double-digit drop in the key 18-49 demo, prompting the network to pull the plug.

According to Variety, the stage and screen star has boarded Universal's upcoming DUMB AND DUMBER TO sequel, which will once again star Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels.
