Telemundo Media announced today the appointment of industry veteran Aileen Angulo as Senior Vice President, On-Air Promotions. Angulo is based in Miami and will report to Jesús Torres Viera, Executive Vice President of Programming, Telemundo Media.

On the heels of its debut as the season's biggest new drama, ABC is set to rebroadcast the Pilot episode of “Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” on THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 26 (8:00-9:00 p.m., ET). The show premiered as TV's highest rated new drama in nearly four years. In addition, it received an unprecedented one million Facebook fans before its television debut, and those numbers are still climbing.

In a first for A+E Networks, Lifetime, A&E and History will unite to simulcast the four-hour, two-night major event Bonnie & Clyde, starring Emile Hirsch (Into the Wild) and Holliday Grainger (The Borgias) in the title roles of Clyde Barrow and Bonnie Parker, the Depression-era outlaw couple whose criminal exploits have assured them lasting fame for eight decades, on Sunday, December 8th, and Monday, December 9th, at 9pm ET/PT. On Monday, the debut of Sleepy Hollow (3.5/9) dominated its time period and grew +133% from last year's premiere of 'Mob Doctor' in the time period among Adults 18-49 (9/17/12, 1.5/4). Sleepy Hollow was FOX's highest-rated Fall drama premiere in seven years (since 9/5/06) and was the highest-rated drama premiere on any broadcast network in one year (since Revolution on 9/17/12 with 'The Voice' lead-in, 4.1/11; it also beat 'Under The Dome,' 3.3/9 on 6/24/13). In L + 3 day, Sleepy Hollow (5.0/13) is FOX's highest-rated Fall drama premiere among Adults 18-49 in 12 years (since '24', 5.4/13 on 11/6/01). Its +1.5 rating gain in L+3 over L+SD surpassed any new series premiere last season (high was Revolution with a +1.4 rating gain).

Director, screenwriter, producer and novelist Guillermo del Toro (“Pacific Rim,” “Pan's Labyrinth”) resurrects some historic Halloween goblins and ghouls in THE SIMPSONS' opening couch gag on this season's terrifyingly hilarious “Treehouse of Horror XXIV,” airing Sunday, Oct. 6 (8:00-8:30 PM ET/PT) on FOX. In the couch gag opener, director del Toro throws the crypt wide open with a sequence that features monsters and classic characters from horror films throughout history. Then, in the first of three spine-tingling tales in the annual “Treehouse of Horror” episode, Homer travels around Springfield wreaking havoc in a rhyming take on a popular children's tale. In “Dead and Shoulders” Bart is beheaded during a kite accident, his head is attached to Lisa's body and they must live together as one. The final frightening tale, “Freaks no Geeks,” features Mr. Burns' traveling circus, The Burnsum and Bailey Circus, which has stopped in Springfieldland in the 1930s. Trapeze artist Marge and Strong Man Homer are performers, and things go awry when circus freak Moe starts to make advances towards Marge.

According to Nielsen Media Research data, “NBC Nightly News with Brian Williams” continued as America's most-watched network evening newscast in both total viewers and adults 25-54 for the week ending September 20, 2013, the third quarter of 2013, and the 2012-2013 season.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the network has ordered a 'TRAFFIC-like' project from Adam Armus and Kay Foster, who currently serve as writers on Fox's THE FOLLOWING. Peter Horn will executive produce. Universal Television, Fabrik Entertainment and Red Arrow Entertainment Group pushed the project into development, with THE KILLING's Mikkel Bondesen Kristen Campo set to executive produce, as well.

A new international trailer for Roman Polanskis' film adaptation of VENUS IN FUR, based upon the Tony Award-winning play by David Ives, has premiered. SAG-AFTRA today announced its recipients for the first SAG-AFTRA American Scene Awards. The awards are scheduled to take place on Friday, Sept. 27 as part of the Celebration event honoring SAG-AFTRA's inaugural convention. The Inaugural National Convention Celebration is a dinner event with host Mary Hart (Entertainment Tonight). The evening includes entertainment and a special musical performance led by Dorian Holley (The Tonight Show with Jay Leno).
