Millions of people across the U.S. got devious -- real Devious - last night when a series high 3.0 million Total Viewers watched the season one finale of Lifetime's hit drama Devious Maids (#DeviousMaids) in a highly competitive environment. In addition to a series best with Total Viewers (a +50% jump versus the program's June 23rd premiere), the drama reached series highs across all of the key demographics, including 1.4 million Adults 18-49 viewers (+69%), 1.3 million Adults 25-54 viewers (+50%), 1.2 million Women 18-49 viewers (+90%) and 1.0 million Women 25-54 viewers (+51%), according to Nielsen Research.

E!'s Live EMMYS Coverage Scores Over 2.4 Million Viewers

Over 2.4 million people tuned into E!'s red carpet coverage on Sunday, led by flagship 'Live from the Red Carpet: The 2013 Primetime Emmy Awards” (6-8pm), which drew 1.5 million total viewers, tying last year to score the network its most-watched telecast for the event since 2006, and notched its highest HH rating since that same year (1.27 vs. 1.47, 2006). E!'s “Live from the Red Carpet” also drew 609K viewers in the A18-49 demo.

DEXTER Series Finale Sets Showtime Ratings Record

Last night, Showtime said goodbye to its iconic drama series DEXTER, and despite facing a competitive night of programming on broadcast, basic and premium cable, the Dexter series finale delivered the show's highest-rated telecast ever and the biggest audience ever for an original episode in Showtime history, besting the show's season seven finale and season eight premiere. Dexter attracted 2.8 million viewers at 9 p.m. (up 13 percent from the season 8 premiere - vs. 2.5 million viewers, and up from the season seven finale - vs. 2.7 million) and 3.3 million viewers for the night (up from the season eight premiere - vs. 3.2 million viewers).
