CBS, the top-rated network in Daytime, celebrates Thanksgiving with special programming across the daypart on THE TALK, THE PRICE IS RIGHT, THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS and THE BOLD AND THE BEAUTIFUL.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the veteran broadcast journalist is currently negotiating an amicable exit from from the network and her nationally syndicated talk show. This year, the number of pieces Couric has contributed to ABC News has drastically dropped off. Following the break, Couric will reportedly move to Yahoo, 'finalizing an extensive deal' for her own interview show, sources have confirmed to THR and Deadline. ABC and Yahoo regularly share content, per a 2011 deal.

COMPLICATIONS follows John Ellis, a disillusioned suburban ER doctor, who finds his existence transformed when he intervenes in a drive-by shooting, saving a young boy's life and killing one of his attackers. When he learns the boy is still marked for death he finds himself compelled to save him at any cost and discovers that his life and his outlook on medicine may never be the same. COMPLICATIONS is written and executive produced by Matt Nix and is from FOX Television Studios.

The network has given a 13-episode order for the series' sophomore outing, set to premiere in 2014.

Television personality Meredith Vieira will be hosting a live Google+ hangout in celebration of the coming Thanksgiving holiday. The hangout comes in part of Vieira's recently launched premium YouTube network LIVES.

According to Deadline, the studio will release the sequel to Tim Burton's ALICE IN WONDERLAND on May 27, 2016, and the Jon Favreau-helmed JUNGLE BOOK live-action adaptation of Rudyard Kipling's novel on Oct. 9, 2015.

Paper Mill Playhouse continues its 75th Anniversary Season with the classic Charles Dickens musical Oliver!, with a holiday 'twist' for the entire family. With a book, music and lyrics by Lionel Bart, Oliver! is directed by Paper Mill Playhouse Producing Artistic Director Mark S. Hoebee with original choreography by JoAnn M. Hunter. Oliver! features David Garrison (Fagin), best known for his role as Steve Rhoades on the hit television series Married...with Children, Betsy Morgan (Nancy), John Treacy Egan (Mr. Bumble), Jose Llana (Bill Sikes), David Hess (MR. Brownlow), Ethan Haberfield (Artful Dodger) and introducing Tyler Moran as Oliver. Oliver! also features 16 local boys from across the state of New Jersey who auditioned from a pool of over 200. Delivering growth in the network's targeted demo of young women, Oxygen's 'Preachers of L.A.' earned a season high among F18-34 (221,000), F18-49 (462,000) and F25-54 (514,000), according to Nielsen. The series continues to increase among all key demos including up 11 percent among F18-34 and F18-49, up 9 percent among P18-49 and up 7 percent among F25-54, compared to the previous week. Every episode of the hit series has delivered over one million total viewers. In the 10pm hour, Oxygen was the #4 cable network among F18-49.
