CBS SUNDAY MORNING will take a behind the scenes look at the hardworking talented actors, singers and dancers, all of whom are members of Actors' Equity Association, who perform in the Choruses of Broadway musicals and the very special award that is presented on opening nights. The segment will air this Sunday, June 10, 2012 (9:00 - 10:30 AM ET) on CBS Network.

As BroadwayWorld previously reported, Nederlander Presentations, Inc. will present the international musical sensation JEKYLL & HYDE, which will return to Broadway in April 2013 following a 25-week National Tour. On Wednesday, June 14, Recession Art Shows will present Ann Harada (Avenue Q), Telly Leung (Godspell), Carrie Manolakos (Mamma Mia!), Tony Award nominee Jan Maxwell (Follies) and Jason Tam (A Chrous Line) in the second installment of 'THE CHORUS BOY CHRONICLES,' a benefit for The Trevor Project at RAC | Recession Art at CULTUREfix (9 Clinton Street, NYC).

GLEE's season four is coming up in September, and the capacity to which this year's seniors will be back still remains relatively unkown. Creator Ryan Murphy told TV Guide: 'I want them to come back. I think it'll be a different way. I mean, no one is really going to be doing 22 episodes except Lea [Michele]. We haven't figured it out, but I know what the stories are. I just don't know how many episodes.'

The 2012 Tony Awards are drawing near! In just THREE days, Neil Patrick Harris will return as the host of the 66th Annual Tony Awards Telecast, which will be broadcast live from the Beacon Theatre in New York City, Sunday, June 10, 2012 (8:00-11:00 PM, live ET/delayed PT) on the CBS Television Network. Dicapo Opera Theatre, whose recent production of Frank Loesser's Most Happy Fella garnered enormous critical success and sold-out performances, will bring back the musical this June for a limited run of four weeks. Opening night takes place Thursday evening, June 14th, 8 p.m. with a special guest appearance by comedian Mo Rocca as one of the "chefs" performing the musical's popular "Abbondanza" song.

Feminist, writer and activist Gloria Steinem, author, filmmaker and photographer Nigel Barker, actress Kathy Najimy and filmmaker Abigail Disney are all set to take part in after-show talkbacks for the powerful docu-theater drama Trafficked which was constructed by actual interviews and was created in partnership with representatives from the United Nations, telling the story of sex slavery and child exploitation through the eyes of fifteen young women across the globe. Abigail Disney will lead a talkback after the Sunday, 6/10 at 5:30pm performance, Gloria Steinem and Kathy Najimy will both lead the talkback after the Saturday, 6/16 at 4:30pm performance, and Nigel Barker will lead the talkback after the 6/21 at 5pm performance. As A Christmas Story, The Musical! prepares for a Broadway engagement this holiday season, the show's producers have announced that they will begin their search for young actors. An open audition for children between the ages of 8-13 will be held on Saturday June 16, 2012 at Pearl Studios (500 8th Avenue, 12th floor). Registration begins at 11:30AM with auditions from 12:00-5:00PM.

The Union Theatre presents The Fix, running June 20 through July 14. When the next presidential candidate dies having sexual intercourse with his secretary,vhis widow makes it her mission in life to get her wayward son into the White House at any cost. Set in the 60's and loosely based on 'The Manchurian Candidate', this darkly funny lampooning of American politics takes no prisoners. This production is the frst London revival since it's World Premiere at the Donmar Warehouse.

Rubicon Theatre Company's Producing Artistic Director Karyl Lynn Burns today announced the next performance in the company's Broadway Cabaret Benefit Series, which takes place on Monday, June 11 at 7:00 p.m. Ovation and NAACP Award-winner DANIEL TATAR kicks off the evening with solo renditions of Broadway hits and contemporary favorites. Following intermission, Tatar will be joined by other members of the singing group The Company Men, who will mash the hits of six decades in tight four-part harmonies with choreography.

Center Theatre Group Artistic Director Michael Ritchie has set the 2012-2013 season at the CTG/Kirk Douglas Theatre in Culver City. In a season of contrasts - of surprising comedy and startling drama, the 2012-2013 season at the Kirk Douglas Theatre will include the magical and mystical hi-jinks of the CTG-commissioned "Elephant Room" by Trey Lyford, Geoff Sobelle and Steve Cuiffo; the acclaimed Gate Theatre Dublin production of the Beckett classic "Krapp's Last Tape" with one of Britain's greatest actors, John Hurt; the comic genius of The Second City with their unique, satirical twist on a Dickens's favorite - "A Christmas Carol: Twist Your Dickens!" written by Peter Gwinn and Bobby Mort; the world premiere of the otherworldly drama "The Nether" by the 2012 Susan Blackburn Smith prize-winning playwright Jennifer Haley; and the world premiere of the powerful boxing drama "The Royale" by Los Angeles playwright Marco Ramirez.

As BroadwayWorld previously reoprted, Hugh Jackman will return to Broadway during the 2013/2014 season starring as America's greatest showman in HOUDINI, an original musical, with a libretto by Academy Award and six-time Emmy Award winner Aaron Sorkin. Sorkin recently revealed some details on the show to the NY Times. He commented: 'Work on Houdini has been underway for a while, with Stephen Schwartz and I meeting regularly - either in New York or L.A. - to map out the show we're doing (also not a biography), move index cards around a board, listen to first drafts of songs and read first drafts of scenes.'

Signature Theatre began performances for MEDIEVAL PLAY, written and directed by Kenneth Lonergan and starring Josh Hamilton and Tate Donovan, on May 15 in anticipation of a Thursday, June 7 opening night in The Irene Diamond Stage at the Company's new Frank Gehry-designed home, The Pershing Square Signature Center. The large-scale spectacle and public art group Redmoon is proud to announce dates for the URBAN INTERVENTIONS tour of Chicagoland from June 18th to October 14th, 2012. Beginning in June, throughout the summer and across the city, Redmoon will deliver a series of original events in order to intervene into different urban scenarios and disrupt Chicagoans' daily routines. Redmoon is partnering with communities in the North, South, and West to share its art and theater at local festivals, parades, and other public gatherings. Each event will feature one of three highly engineered central objects working in concert with a team of artists and performers to support the unique stories that Redmoon has to tell, designed with the goal of creating spontaneous celebration and community within each urban locale.

Capital Repertory Theatre announces its inaugural trip to the Dublin Theatre Festival, October 6 through 14, 2012. The Albany theatre will join forces with The Chester Theatre (Chester, MA) to take 30 people on an 8-day excursion to the Emerald Isle, accompanied by Artistic Director co-hosts, Maggie Mancinelli-Cahill of Capital Rep and Byam Stevens of the Chester company.
