The Eugene O'Neill Theater Center announces that three musicals, BUDDY'S TAVERN, CLEAR, and EDEN, will be developed at its 2010 National Music Theater Conference under the leadership of artistic director Paulette Haupt. The Conference runs from June 26 through July 16 on the O'Neill's campus in Waterford, Connecticut.

Alley Theatre holds open auditions for Houston-based actors on Tuesday, July 20th at the Ally Theatre (615 Texas Ave.)Auditions will be for AEA and non-AEA adult actors. Auditions will be by appointment only, from 9am to 4pm, and may be scheduled beginning Monday, July 12. Children's Auditions for Alley Theatre's annual production of A CHRISTMAS CAROL will be held in early September.

Smokey Robinson makes his Hollywood Bowl debut on July 14th at 8pm. USA Network has reached an agreement with Twentieth Television, acquiring the exclusive syndication rights to the critically acclaimed ratings hit MODERN FAMILY.
