Well after Broadway orchestras begin their overtures, ensemble members take their dance breaks, and performers belt out their eleven o'clock numbers, the party continues at various cabaret venues throughout New York City. A workshop production of the new rock musical, Siren's Den will be presented at Under St. Mark's on April 3rd and 4th at 7:30pm. A portion of the show was previously seen in the 2014 West Village Musical Theater Festival. The musical is a cautionary tale about the emptiness of fame, the blindness of love, and the healing powers of writing through the darkest times.

Salem Theatre Company brings to the stage the latest version of the Euripides classic, MEDEA. Performances begin today, March 10 and run through March 26 on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30pm and Sundays at 3pm. Saturday, March 26 will offer two performances at 2pm and 7:30pm. All shows take place at the theatre's new space at Shetland Park at 35 Congress Street on the 3rd floor with readily available parking in the lot.
