Spring 2013 sees multi Olivier Award-winner Zoe Wanamaker make her return to the West End in Passion Play, Peter Nichols' celebrated black comedy about love and infidelity. Directed by David Leveaux, Passion Play opens on 7 May at the Duke of York's Theatre with previews from 1 May.

The National Theatre's award-winning production of War Horse last night (25 October 2012) celebrated its fifth anniversary in London with a special performance at the New London Theatre, Drury Lane. Former cast members and the show's creative team gathered with VIPs and friends to celebrate five years on the London stage.

On the heels of winning the Alec Baldwin Fellowship for his music & lyrics on ‘Til Death Do Us Part, and recording the International Studio Cast Recording of The Concrete Jungle with Nick Lloyd Webber and James D. Reid in London, award winning composer/writer Bobby Cronin returns to the Broadway at Birdland concert series with a night of all new material interpreted by some of today's top Broadway and West End performers. This one-night event will be produced by Karie Koppel, with orchestrations by Michael Haslam and Drew Overcash. Musical Direction by William Demaniow, Direction by Johanna Pinzler.

Saturday, October 27, from 4:30pm - 5:30pm, Ringling College and Sarasota Opera will host a panel discussion on the works of Windsor McCay and the creation of the new opera Little Nemo in Slumberland at the Selby Gallery located on the campus of the Ringling College of Art and Design. Maestro Victor DeRenzi will moderate the discussion and the panel will include composer Daron Hagen, librettist J.D. McClatchy, and members of both the artistic team and cast of Little Nemo in Slumberland.

Accommodations are provided by Sheraton Harborside Portsmouth. Performances are Friday 2 November at 8pm, Saturday 3 November at 4pm & at 8pm, and Sunday 4 November at 2pm. When Harry Somers was just 16, he made a daring escape from Nazi Germany and began a new life, passing through England to attend Dookie Agricultural College in Australia. At 20, he joined the Australian Army, where a fellow soldier introduced him to the art of painting. Later, in New York City, his creative powers blossomed, and he began presenting his work in exhibitions and selling paintings to celebrities and socialites. Nevertheless, the memories of his harrowing ordeal were always close to the surface.
