The El Capitan Theatre to Screen WRECK-IT-RALPH, 11/2-18

By:

Hollywood's legendary El Capitan Theatre is taking fun to the next level with Disney's "Wreck-It Ralph" in wreck-tacular 3D from Nov. 2-Dec. 18, 2012, it was announced today by Lylle Breier, senior vice president of worldwide special events for Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures.

"There is no better place than the El Captain Theatre to experience 'Wreck-It Ralph,'" said Breier. "We are starting every showing of the movie with both Ralph and Vanellope live on stage, who will amp everyone up with the help of our very own EL Capitan DJ. After the movie, El Capitan guests will get a special behind-the-scenes look at the film with our exclusive Art of Wreck-It-Ralph Exhibit. It's our way of making the El Capitan the perfect place to experience this wreck-tacular new Disney adventure."

The Art of Wreck-It-Ralph Exhibit, on display in the lower lounge of the El Capitan Theatre, features visual and character development art, prototype candy cars from Sugar Rush, plus much more.

Daily showtimes are 10 a.m., 1 p.m., 4 p.m., 7 p.m. and 9:45 p.m. Tickets are on sale now and available at the El Capitan Theatre (6838 Hollywood Blvd.), online at
www.elcapitantickets.com, or by calling 800-DISNEY6. Special group rates for parties of 20 or more are available by calling 818-845-3110. Showtimes are subject to change.

On Saturdays and Sundays, El Capitan guests may also enjoy a special character breakfast with Vanellope prior to the 10 a.m. show at Disney's Soda Fountain & Studio Store. Seating is limited and reservations are required by calling 818-845-3110.

The El Capitan Theatre will also host a very special Tiny Tot Tuesday on Nov. 6 at 10 a.m. During this special screening of "Wreck-It Ralph," parents and small children can enjoy the movie in a Tiny Tot-friendly way––complete with lights dimmed rather than out and reduced sound levels.
