'Monty Python's Spamalot' plays through September 6, 2009. The Ahmanson production marks the first time the international hit comedy has been presented in Los Angeles. Tony And Olivier Award winning actor Michael Crawford has been President of The Sick Children's Trust since 1987 and on Tuesday, July 28th, he made a special visit to Eckersley House to help boost the current fundraising efforts. Crawford visited St James' Eckersley House as part of 'The Big Move Campaign'. Eckersley House, which provides overnight accommodations for the families of the children, will be moving to the Leeds General Infirmary.

Walt Disney Animation Studios presents the musical THE PRINCESS AND THE FROG, an animated comedy that provides a modern twist on a classic tale, featuring a beautiful girl named Tiana, a frog prince who desperately wants to be human again. Disney's 'PRINCESS,' will open exclusively in New York and Los Angeles on Nov. 25th. The upcoming film will be set in New Orleans and feature the Walt Disney Studio's first black princess.

Variety reports that the upcoming Broadway musical 'SPIDER-MAN, Turn Off the Dark' got caught in the web of it's massive budget as 'the extensive work being done to prepare for the technically demanding show, both in the shop constructing the physical production and in the theater where 'SPIDER-MAN' is due to open, is said to have stopped this week.'
