The world premiere of the long-awaited Jim Steinman's Bat Out of Hell - The Musical will take place in London's West End at the London Coliseum, opening on Tuesday 20 June 2017, following previews from 5 June, for a limited season until 22 July 2017. Gary Barlow and Tim Firth's new British musical, THE GIRLS, based on the true story, the film and the award-winning play by Tim Firth, Calendar Girls, opened in London's West End at the Phoenix Theatre. The West End premiere follows sold-out runs at the Grand Theatre Leeds and the Lowry Salford late 2015/early 2016. In the West End, the producers have made a commitment to there being no 'premium-rated' seats, no booking fees and reduced price previews.

Vineyard Theatre presents the New York premiere of Kid Victory, book and lyrics by Greg Pierce, music by John Kander with story by John Kander and Greg Pierce, and directed by Liesl Tommy. Kid Victory began previews on Wednesday, February 1 and will open on Wednesday, February 22 at the Vineyard Theatre (108 E. 15 St. in New York City).
