The Tale of the Allergist's Wife is a comedic exploration of the Upper West side life of Marjorie Taub - middle-aged and middle-class - her loving husband, Ira, and her daily routines at Zabar's and the 92nd Street 'Y.' Marjorie's mother lives down the hall obsessing constantly about her digestive tract; her beloved therapist has just died; and she loses it in a Disney store. Unexpectedly invading her depression is her flamboyant childhood friend Lee who becomes entrenched in the Taub household as a seemingly permanent guest, not only drawing Marjorie out of her dark mood, but affecting her marriage as well.

Full casting has been announced for the upcoming national tour of THE ADDAMS FAMILY, a new musical based on the bizarre and beloved family of characters created by legendary cartoonist Charles Addams. Florida Repertory Theatre announced the opening of its 2011-2012 season with Rumors, one of the funniest farces ever written by America's favorite playwright. Neil Simon's comic masterpiece plays Oct. 28 through Nov. 19, with discounted previews on Oct. 25, 26 and 27, and is a laugh-out-loud evening of miscommunication, misunderstanding and gossip-driven hilarity.

Handle with Care is the story of Ayelet, an Israeli girl who is dragged by her grandmother on a road trip to America in search of a dream. Despite a botched DHL delivery, an unexpected blizzard, and an ill-equipped translator who is not really cut out for the job, the clues her grandmother deftly leaves behind eventually lead Ayelet to find what she didn't even know she was looking for: her destiny.

After the Revolution is the story of the brilliant, promising Emma Joseph who proudly carries the torch of her family's Marxist tradition, devoting her life to the memory of her grandfather, much revered for refusing to 'name names' during the McCarthy hearings.

This season's theme of 'family' is kicked off with the Bard's triumphant family history, Henry V, adapted and directed by Ronald Mangravite, running August 26 - September 11, 2011. Henry V, the final play about the reigning family crown, chronicles King Henry V's war with France over land and titles. As part of the National New Play Network's Continued Life for New Plays Fund and in conjunction with Actors Theatre of Louisville's Humana Festival in Kentucky and Actor's Express Theatre in Atlanta, New Theatre presents the rolling World Premiere of Edith Can Shoot Things and Hit Them by recent Yale Playwrighting graduate A. Rey Pamatmat and directed by THE NEW's Artistic Director, Ricky J. Martinez, running October 14 - 30, 2011.

He began writing plays in 2007, and since then his work has been developed at Primary Stages, Manhattan Theatre Club, New Jersey Rep, The Bleecker Street Theatre, The Jewish Cultural Arts Theatre, Ensemble Studio Theatre, Rep Stage and The Baltimore Playwrights Festival.
