Albertus Raynaldi's passion for theater began at the age of 12 when he was asked to be a part of Annie : The Musical in a school play and has been passionate ever since. Other than joining his local community choir, he usually channels his love for theater through fan-arts and writing.
Under the roof of Jakarta Performing Arts Community (JPAC), Director Fonnyta Amran and the rest of her team from the production succeeded in bringing Jakarta theatre goers to Graha Bhakti Budaya, Taman Ismail Marzuki to see West Side Story from the 12th to 14th May 2017. Titimangsa Foundation and Bakti Budaya Djarum Foundation presents a colossal theater production called Bunga Penutup Abad, an adaptation of Nobel Laureate nominee Pramoedya Ananta Toer's literature works. 'This production marks the 10th anniversary of his death, to appreciate the works of a great Indonesian writer to the stage, and as one of the hopes to introduce and expose the young people in Indonesia to their home country's literature,' as quoted by Happy Salma, one of the main cast as well as the producer of the production.
