Actress and writer Suzanne Grossmann has died, Variety reports. Grossmann died on August 19 in Lose Angeles at the age of 72. Her death was due to Chronic Obstructed Pulmonary Disorder.

The theater company 3-Legged Dog has made a settlement with its landlord, the Metropolitan Transit Authority, the New York Times reports. The MTA had previously threatened 3-Legged Dog with eviction from its 80 Greenwich Street location, due to 3-Legged Dog's failure to pay over $300,000 owed to MTA.
