As part of the Sydney International Arts series, the Art Gallery of NSW will host the most significant Picasso exhibition ever held in Australia.

Over 150 important paintings, sculptures, prints and drawings created by Pablo Picasso (1881-1973) have come from the artist's personal collection.

The exhibition is drawn from the permanent collection of the Muse National Picasso, Paris, the largest and most significant renowned repository of the artist's works in the world.

The exhibition, part of a world tour and exclusive to Sydney, will capture every phase of his extraordinary career, including masterpieces from his Blue, Rose, Expressionist, Cubist, Neoclassical and Surrealist periods.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: When you purchase your tickets, you will be asked to choose a date and time for when you would like to see the exhibition. You should plan to arrive at the Gallery 15 mins before your session time starts, and you can enter the exhibition within 30 minutes of your nominated time. For example, if you purchase a ticket for 18 Nov 2011 at 10am, you should arrive at the Gallery by 9.45am and will enter the exhibition between 10am and 10.30am.
