Schools out for the holidays, but Timmy Cratchit is stuck at Scrooges Plastic Emporium where his mom labors overtime on a last-minute deadline. Tim and his cousins work on a school project while Mr. Scrooge eavesdrops and learns about the serious environmental problems caused by the plastics his company produces.This new family musical combines the suspense and tradition of the beloved Dickens tale with new hope for the future. All ages will groove to original live music, dance, puppets, and more! Who knows? It may even snow!Enjoy the historic Austin Scottish Rite Theater, built in 1871 with its newly restored comfy seats and a gorgeously restored starry ceiling! Kids may sit on carpets near the action and meet the actors after the show. Showtimes are Dec 7-15, Saturday and Sunday, at 11:00 am and 1:00 pm. Free show parking as available.
