With the live music of the Souls of Our Feet Jazz Trio (highlighting “Austin’s best drum me” Masumi Jones) Friends in Time hosts the best tap dancers from around the globe in a celebration of this indigenous American art form. Artists include pioneers such as Brenda Bufalino (NYC), Austin’s own Acia Gray, Nicholas Young (STOMP) and Dormeshia Sumbry-Edwards the recent recipient of the Astaire Award for Broadway’s After Midnight. This amazing evening of jazz-tap improvisation and choreography is one not to be missed!
