Bulloch Hall continues the Roswell tradition of A Christmas Carol, presented by the Kudzu Players (formerly Kudzu Playhouse), now through Dec. 23. Once again, patrons will be up close and personal with the actors in this intimate 45 seat setting. Brink Miller reprises his role as Ebeneezer Scrooge, having portrayed the character in Atlanta for over 20 seasons.

In this holiday favorite, Charles Dickens shows us Ebenezer Scrooge as he falls asleep in his dingy, cold quarters on Christmas Eve. The old miser is visited by three ghosts, each revealing to Scrooge his wrong doings and what will happen if he continues in his evil ways. A traditional holiday classic for the entire family, guaranteed to fill you with the Christmas spirit and warm your heart.

The former artistic director of Kudzu Playhouse, Wally Hinds, knows a lot about A Christmas Carol. He has been producing, directing and acting in the show in Roswell for 20 years, since 1991. This year's production will once again feature Brink Miller as Ebenezer Scrooge. An Atlanta stage veteran, Brink Miller is well-versed in A Christmas Carol and Ebenezer Scrooge as well. After all, he's been playing the part in Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol in Roswell every Christmas for 16 straight years. The usual cast of forty will be will be smaller this year. The cast has been reduced due to the fact that the show will also travel to schools and other venues during Christmas. Although the cast is smaller, all the usual characters we have all grown so familiar with are still there. For many of us A Christmas Carol is our Christmas tradition and it just wouldn't be Christmas without it. We hope you will join us and celebrate this seasonal classic.
