Roswell United Methodist Church host the Raleigh Ringers as part of their Sounds of the Spirit Concert Series on Saturday, August 28th at 7:30PM. The Church is at 814 Mimosa Boulevard in Roswell.

The Raleigh Ringers is an internationally acclaimed, advanced community handbell choir based in Raleigh, North Carolina. Since its founding in 1990, The Raleigh Ringers has been dazzling concert audiences with unique interpretations of sacred, secular and popular music, including famous rock ‘n' roll tunes arranged just for handbells. Under the direction of David M. Harris, The Raleigh Ringers has released four CDs, and a DVD of a holiday concert titled "One Winter Evening at Meymandi." This same concert was also broadcast on more than 250 public television stations in 44 states. The group has performed in 34 states and in several cities in France during its tours, and plays two dates each year at a major venue in Raleigh. The Raleigh Ringers also sponsors a yearly festival for children who play handbells and a festival for advanced adult ringers.

Established in 1989 as an extension of the Worship Arts Ministry, the Sounds of the Spirit Concert Series annually presents a concert season featuring nationally recognized Christian artists and the annual Christmas Festival Concert and Patriotic Celebration. Through varied artistic experiences, audiences from our congregation as well as the community are uplifted and inspired by the message of God's love and power.

All concerts are free to the public (no tickets required) and are presented in the RUMC Sanctuary. Preschool childcare is available by reservation at 770-594-0512.
