Video: AVENUE Q West End Cast Performs 'The Internet Is For Porn'
The London production of the beloved puppet musical is currently playing in the West End.
Avenue Q's West End cast performed "The Internet Is For Porn" in an all new clip, giving audiences a look inside the Tony Award-winning musical's run at the Shaftesbury Theatre. Check out the video here!
Avenue Q follows a recent college graduate named Princeton as he navigates life in a shabby New York apartment building populated by human characters and puppets alike. The show blends adult humor with surprisingly sincere themes about purpose, disappointment, and finding one's place in the world.
The West End production is currently booking at the Shaftesbury Theatre. As previously reported by BroadwayWorld, the run has been extended through Sunday, January 3, 2027.
The production stars Emily Benjamin as Kate Monster and Lucy The Slut, Noah Harrison as Princeton and Rod, Meg Hateley as Mrs T and Bad Idea Bear, Oliver Jacobson as Brian, Charlie McCullagh as Nicky, Trekkie Monster and Bad Idea Bear, Amelia Kinu Muus as Christmas Eve and Dionne Ward-Anderson as Gary.
The London engagement is part of a broader wave of Avenue Q activity. Conejo Players Theatre in Thousand Oaks is also staging the musical this June, and a production in Zurich sold out its entire run before opening night.
