Don't be surprised if the name Theodosia starts popping up on birth certificates with alarming frequency in the next few years, thanks to the beautiful ballad "Dear Theodosia," sung by Aaron Burr and the title character in Lin-Manuel Miranda's revolutionary hit, HAMILTON, as the new fathers each promise better lives for their children.

Two-time Tony Award nominee Joshua Henry, who'll be taking on the role of Burr when Hamilton opens in Chicago, posts on Facebook that he took inspiration from his Jamaican roots for the acoustic version of the song he sings in the video, accompanied by cast mates Ari Afsar, Samantha Marie Ware and Chris D. Lee.

HAMILTON begins performances at Chicago's PrivateBank Theatre September 27th. Visit broadwayinchicago.com.

The musical recently celebrated its 1st anniversary on Broadway on August 6.
