On today's KATIE, it's a Halloween bash with the Divine Miss M, Bette Midler, who answers the question her fans around the world have been waiting to have answered - does she have plans for a new album?

"Well, I love harmony singing and I've been toying with the idea of doing an album just harmonies," revealed the actress. "Girl groups, from maybe the '30's to about the '80's, something like that." Hear more about the project below!
