THE 24 HOUR PLAYS NATIONALS Reveals 2026 Company
The program, led by Serena Berman, will culminate in an Off-Broadway production at Classic Stage's Lynn F Angelson Theater.
The 24 Hour Plays revealed this year's company for The 24 Hour Plays Nationals in New York and Los Angeles. As previously announced, Nationals will take place in New York June 23-29 in partnership with Pace University's Sands College of the Performing Arts and in Los Angeles at Stella Adler's Art of Acting Studios August 24-28.
The 24 Hour Plays Nationals are a free, rigorous professional intensive for early-career theater artists. A group of emerging actors, directors, playwrights, composers, producers, designers and stage managers will engage in workshops, master classes, industry panel discussions, and more, culminating in their own Off-Broadway production of The 24 Hour Plays at Classic Stage's Lynn F Angelson Theater. The Nationals program is spearheaded by Serena Berman.
The Nationals 2026 company in New York will include actors Abigail Garcia, Anye Young, Connor Riordan, Declan Collins, Elena Falkow, Emma McDonough, Hadley Scott, Jeff Parkinson, Jordan Hurley, Kelsey Collins, Lee Baladejo, Sahar Lev-Shomer, Sam Besca, Serena Phillip, Shaakirah Nazim-Harris, and Sophia Feldman; directors Jay Monteleone, Matthew B. Cullen, Michèle Carter Cram, and Wasif Sami playwrights Cori Diaz, Katie Parkinson, Michael Ronca, Penelope Gould, and composer Sam Melton; producers Isabelle Chirls and Katie Brown; stage managers Eva Lee, Lottie Stallings, Rey Hankinson, and Tess Feldman; and designers Ian Rios-Vasquez, Ivy Walker, Quinn McCardle, and Seo Won Yun.
The 2026 company in Los Angeles will include actors Anahita Monfared, Anastasia Goddard, Anisha Cheema, Ella Webb, Hallie Snowday, Khafira Freeman, Mads Daily, Mae Montgomery, Mae Roth, Marie-Josée Bourelly, Mia Cusianovic, Nate B Smith, Rafael Bryant, Sophie Liu David, Theo Gyra, and Valentina Navarro-Marsili; directors Cooper Layne Ellis, Lila Marooney, Molly Marsh, and Riley Glick; playwrights Ananda Long, Madi Fabber, Molly Kate Babos, and Rebs Chan; and producers Oscar K. and Soumya Tadepalli.
The 24 Hour Plays Nationals in New York will be presented on Monday, June 29 at The Lynn F. Angelson Theater at 7 PM. Tickets are available now at www.24hourplays.org/nationals. The Los Angeles show will be presented on Friday, August 28 at The Broadwater Mainstage, with tickets available later this summer.
Prior to the performance, participants will engage in workshops and panel discussions with professionals from across the industry.
