Last night, October 14, Cheyenne Jackson returned to NBC's 30 Rock live episode, alongside Matt Damon and Jon Hamm. The FINIAN'S RAINBOW star first appeared on the hit comedy on November 14, 2009 as TGS cast member Danny, and made a second appearance in the November 20, 2009 episode. Click below for clips of Jackson and 30 Rock cast member - and Broadway vet - Jane Krakowski performing the 30 Rock theme song.

The episode was aired live from NBC's studio 8H for both east and west coast audiences. The east coast broadcast aired at 8:30pm EST. The cast performed the same episode for a second airing at 11:30pm EST for the west coast.

The series takes place behind the scenes of a fictional live sketch comedy series depicted as airing on NBC; the name "30 Rock" refers to the address of the GE Building where NBC Studios is located, 30 Rockefeller Plaza. The series has an ensemble cast that currently consists of 10 regular cast members, including Fey, Tracy Morgan, Jane Krakowski, Jack McBrayer, Scott Adsit, Judah Friedlander and Alec Baldwin.

"30 Rock" has been a critical success, winning several major awards, and achieving the top ranking on myriad critics' year-end best of 2006 and 2007 lists. On July 14, 2009 the show was nominated for 22 Emmy Awards, the most in a single year for a comedy series.
