Royal Portrait of Prince Philip is Unveiled
A recent portrait of HRH The Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh was unveiled by The Duke of Kent at Canada House. The portrait sculpture was created by renowned Canadian artist Christian Corbet.
Corbet is the first Canadian artist commissioned to sculpt the Duke of Edinburgh from life-sittings at Buckingham Palace.
The portrait was created to mark the 60th anniversary of The Duke as Colonel in Chief of The Royal Canadian Regiment.
Corbet is represented in over 100 museums, art galleries and special collections in 15 countries.
