35 students from the five boroughs will attend the 7pm performance of the 2008 Tony Award-winning best musical IN THE HEIGHTS at the Richard Rodgers Theatre (226 West 46th Street). Over the past year R.Evolución Latina has been hosting workshops for New York City students to introduce them to the transformative powers of the performing arts. 35 students have been chosen from the past year's various R.Evolución Latina educational workshops to attend their first Broadway show and meet the cast. At 6pm, the students will participate in a pre-show meet and greet and talk-back with the cast.

R.Evolución Latina is a collective of artists and activists committed to empowering the artistic community in order to inspire growth within the Latino Community through collaboration, productions, educational and support programs. R.Evolución Latina is looking to continue this program collaborating with other Broadway shows and sponsors.
