Prelude to a Kiss Trivia Contest is Now Online

Roundabout Theatre Company is presenting an online trivia contest for the new Broadway production of Prelude to a Kiss.

Contestants can log on to www.roundabouttheare.org to answer the question: "A composition by which Jazz master inspired the title Prelude to a Kiss?" One lucky winner, chosen from a lottery of correct answers, will win a complimentary pair of tickets to Prelude to a Kiss.

As previously announced, the production will feature John Mahoney (Old Man), Annie Parisse (Rita) and Alan Tudyk (Peter) in a new Broadway production of Craig Lucas' romantic drama Prelude to a Kiss with Robin Bartlett (Mrs. Boyle) and James Rebhorn (Dr. Boyle), directed by Daniel Sullivan at the American Airlines Theatre on Broadway (227 West 42nd St). 

Prelude to a Kiss will begin previews on Friday, February 16th, 2007 and open officially on Thursday, March 8th, 2007.   This is a limited engagement through April 22nd, 2007.

In Prelude to a Kiss, "Peter and Rita follow their whirlwind courtship with a storybook wedding.  After a mysterious elderly man appears and kisses the bride at the wedding, the two lovers are sent on a magical journey that they will never forget.  As they struggle to come to terms with their relationship and Rita's nagging doubts, their love is put to the test by unknown forces," press materials state.

Tickets are available calling Roundabout Ticket Services at (212)719-1300, online at www.roundabouttheatre.org or at the American Airlines box office (227 West 42nd St.).  Prelude to a Kiss will play Tuesday through Saturday evenings at 8:00PM with a Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday matinee at 2:00PM.  Prelude to a Kiss will play 7PM curtains on Tuesday, March 13th – Friday, March 23rd.  Ticket prices range from $51.25-$86.25.
