Reality TV has yet another beauty ready to undergo the expected and unexpected on camera. This time it's a cosmetic procedure tattooing new eyebrows which is raising eyebrows among viewers. Caught live at the Permanent Makeup Scottsdale location of expert artist Sally Hayes, the procedure will be aired uncut, in its entirety on YouTube starting at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 12, 2012.

"Not every woman thinks of herself as a tattoo person despite today's body art craze," says permanent makeup artist Sally Hayes. "So I'm doing this popular procedure live for women to see how it really is, how cosmetic tattooing is different. They'll be able to see it's a time and effort saving solution they can have done easily and without pain to enhance their natural beauty in a subtle but substantial way."

With more than 20,000 views in a niche topic, Hayes' young but popular YouTube Channel is cleared for videos longer than 15 minutes. But viewers shouldn't expect to need anywhere near an entire lunch hour to watch this procedure. Permanent makeup is designed to save women time and effort. And Hayes' professional approach backs up words with action. She prides herself on being able to use her experience over tens of thousands of procedures to get clients the results they want precisely yet promptly without taking too much of their time.

The woman getting permanent eyebrows in this procedure is Marilyn Gardner, a 48-year old transplant from Kalamazoo, Michigan now residing in Casa Grande, Arizona. She had been considering permanent makeup for 10 years and recently had permanent eyeliner and permanent lip makeup done by Hayes, choosing her for reasons based on skills and experience. "My eyebrows are okay," said Gardner. "But I do pencil them in a little bit and this procedure will alleviate having to do that. Honestly, I hate wearing makeup. It's time consuming and costly."

It's ironic Gardner and Hayes will be co-starring in this video since YouTube is where Gardner discovered Hayes was holding the solution for her enhanced and easier to manage appearance. "Doing this is appealing because approaching middle age you start to notice signs of aging. Sally's work offers a means of looking more youthful," said Gardner. "Besides, I like YouTube. I just never thought my 15 minutes of fame would be my eyebrows.
